Our group participates in a variety of educational, pilot, interpretation and diagnostic quality control schemes of the European Molecular Genetics Quality Network (EMQN) & the United Kingdom National External Quality Assessment Service (UK NEQAS). BMS is one of the International Design & Validation laboratories for all schemes & materials utilised in the Molecular Pathology External Quality Assurance schemes offered by the EMQN as part of the ISO:15198 accreditation process. We are certified (ISO 9001:2015) and accredited (ISO 15189:2012) to perform a portfolio of diagnostic examinations: molecular pathology, genetics and pathology based; including several CDx (companion diagnostics). We are in the process of additional certifications regarding our propriety portfolio; and manufacturing processes.

We also are an officially authorized laboratory for diagnostic testing to National Health System insured patients, several Private Health Insurance companies and national Support Schemes.
